Field License Application

A field license includes membership in the RAMS club. Use this form to apply for a new or renewal field license but only if you have a current AMA membership for liability insurance. If you wish to use your own liability insurance instead of AMA, mail the hardcopy field license application.

The field license fee is $70 ($35 Minors) from November 1 thru July 31. The fee is $35 ($17.50 Minors) from August 1 thru October 31 but only if you did not have a field license last year.

After submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation email from RAMS RC Club with instructions for payment by Zelle or check. Check your spam. The field license will be mailed to you when your AMA membership is verified and payment is received. The field license will be valid thru December 31 of the calendar year for which this application is being submitted.
